29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a) 2733 Gunter Park Dr. West - Shipping Area: On or about October 9, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards associated with the use of chemicals such as but not limited to Sulfur, Sundex 790, Aluminum Hydroxide, TMQ, and Vertex 60, in that chemicals were moved to smaller containers and buckets that were not labeled and not intended for single use.
