29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: a) Angelo's Marble and Granite Inc. located at or near 2500 Ellsworth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about April 16, 2024, employees were not provided effective information/training on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas. Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to: -Flammable liquid, as contained in the drums marked 'UN 1133 Adhesives.' -Sodium hypochlorite, as contained in Clorox Regular-Bleach. -etc.
