29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2):Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: (a) On or about March 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic MT (Model: 66) was equipped with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the blade or being thrown back on the operator, exposing them to struck-by hazards. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
