29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done: On or about November 21, 2023, employees were exposed to physical hazards while building portable sheds and the employer had not verified the required workplace personal protective equipment hazard assessment was performed through a written certification, which would identify the following: a. Workplace evaluated. b. Person certifying the evaluation had been performed. c. Date of the hazard assessment, and d. Identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment.
