29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area: On or about November 20, 2023, employees worked with hazardous chemicals, such as Mechanical Ware Wash Rinse, Mechanical Ware Wash Rinse Detergent, Nyco Blue Velvet Detergent, N601 Detergent +, Signet Bio-Based Floor Cleaner and Tandil Bleach, and the employer did not maintain and make available a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical used at the facility.
