29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Monarch Metal Finishing Co., Inc. at 189 Georgia Avenue in Providence, RI: a.) On or about November 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the required, current safety data sheets (SDS) were maintained for hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, Acetone and Potassium (silver) Cyanide. The (M)SDSs on hand for the two aforementioned chemicals were dated 10/4/1999 and 10/31/2000.
