29 CFR 1910.269(o)(2)(ii): The employer shall ensure that each employee, upon initial assignment to the test area, receives training in safe work practices, with retraining provided as required by paragraph (a)(2) of this section: a) On or about July 13, 2023, LND Technical Services, LLC, did not provide training in safe work practices and procedures addressing electrical hazards associated with high voltage-inducing testing to employees before, or at any point during work at Substation 2. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
