29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined at least daily before being placed in service: a) Warehouse: On or about March 9, 2023, employees operating a propane-powered Crown forklift and electrically-powered Crown RR 5725 Narrow Reach Trucks and the trucks were not examined at least daily before being placed in service. Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
