29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. At the worksite located at 4747 East Mustard Way, Springfield MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards when employees were allowed to work on and drive a scissor lift to take down and rebuild racking units without ensuring they were trained on the hazards associated with scissor lift and how to minimize or control those hazards. This was documented on or about 1-11-2023.
