29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: In the Main Plant, the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used, including but not limited to warewashing detergent and high foam degreaser, which are corrosive, which can cause dermal allergic reactions if contact with skin is made, and an eye damage hazard if contact with eyes is made while handling the chemical.
