29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) 20262 Donovan Road Georgetown, DE -On or about July 26, 2022 it was determined that the employer did not provided adequate training to their employees working within the smelting area of the property, to understand the principle associated with the use of the fire extinguishers if and when there is an incipient stage fire that needs to be extinguished.
