29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a. In the maintenance shop at the RV service area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program which contains current and relevant safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used while employees were required to store, transport and use flammables, irritants, and carcinogens, such as but not limited to: Safety-Kleen Premium Solvent, Macs Brake Cleaner, 2-Minute Remover, and 4.2 VOC Fast Activator.
