29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1): The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to toxic or hazardous substances in the form of methylene chloride. This was demonstrated on or about June 3, 2022, and at times prior to, when employees were applying a spray adhesive material to laminate wood products that contained methylene chloride. The employer failed to provide information and training to employees who use the spray contact adhesive containing methylene chloride regarding their exposure hazards prior to or at the time of the initial assignment.
