29 CFR 1910.184(i)(9)(iii): Synthetic web slings shall be immediately removed from service if snags, punctures, tears or cuts are present. On or about March 1, 2022, with respect to an establishment located at 1101 Perry St, Algoma, WI 54201, the employer did not ensure that a Model EN1-301D Polyester Web Sling, Serial #49503 that had a tear exposing portions of the inner core was removed from service prior to be used in rigging applications.
