29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Location: 100 Electric Avenue, Secaucus, NJ The employer did not possess and make available to employees, safety data sheets for chemicals that included, but was not limited to, WD-40 Multi-Use Product Aerosol and Uline 2 in 1 Cleaner and Disinfectant used by employees daily. Violation observed on or about February 11, 2022
