29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press: a.) Durable Corporation on or about October 13, 2021, at the address of 75 N. Pleasant St. N. Norwalk, OH: The employer did not ensure operators were protected from accessing the point of operation on the Alva Allen Industries model BT12 12ton full revolution press. No effective point of operation guards were in place, restricting the employees' hands from reaching the point of operation while operating the press. In this condition employees are exposed to amputation hazards.
