29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) 1071 Rt 374 Dannemora, NY- On or about June 23, 2021, Mechanic bay, paint booth & storage areas: Employees authorized to use chemicals in the workplace such as but not limited to CRC Brake Clean Brake Parts Cleaner, Auto Zone Antifreeze Coolant, and Armor All Protectant Spray did not have Safety Data Sheets made available. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
