29 CFR 1910.1000(e):Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): On or about July 7, 2021, an employee bagging cement in the grey cement area was exposed to respirable dust at a time weighted average of 9.3 mg/m� . This level exceeded the permissible exposure limit (PEL) for respirable dust of 5 mg/m� by 1.87 times. This exposure was derived from samples collected over a 348 minute sampling period. implementing feasible administrative or engineering controls to limit the employee exposure.
