29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(iv) : Each employee on a self-contained adjustable scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system with a minimum 200 pound top rail capacity. a) Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH. On or about April 26, 2021 and times prior to, the employer exposed workers to a fall greater than 14 feet, in that the suspended platform did not have guardrails installed per the engineering design to protect workers preforming sand blasting and painting operations in the containment area.
