29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about June 24, 2021, and at times prior, for the employee exposed to burn and pinch-point hazards while operating the Putsch, PKF 100 NG, MDS presses where the safety door has been removed from the machine at 7525 Red River Road in Wahpeton, North Dakota. (b) On or about May 27, 2021, and at times prior, for the employees exposed caught-in hazards while making adjustments on the centrifugals where the rotating brake was not guarded at 7525 Red River Road in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
