29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iv): The employer did not comply with the provisions of the Standard for Bulk Oxygen Systems at Consumer Sites, NFPA No. 566-1965, as specified in this standard for liquid oxygen storage, where a liquid oxygen system was used to supply gaseous oxygen for welding or cutting operations: On or about March 31, 2021 and at times prior, at the yard for torch cutting metal, employees used oxygen for torch cutting metal and the employer did not comply with the provisions of the Standard for Bulk Oxygen Systems at Consumer Sites, NFPA No. 566-1965. This exposed the employees to a fire hazard.
