29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(ii)(B): A complete necessary maintenance or repair, or both, were not performed on the clutch/brake mechanism, antirepeat feature, and single-stroke mechanism before operating the press; On or about July 14, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that repair on the Aida 300 ton press light curtain system was performed or completed prior to operation of the press. This repair was necessary in order to maintain the integrity and control reliability of the antirepeat feature in the event of an error or fault in the system.
