29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards when working near exposed and energized wiring. This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 in the dry warehouse of the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. A junction box with exposed energized wiring was not covered.
