On or about November 20, 2019, Shop, Center Bay: A red flexible extension cord was attached to the building surfaces, including to wall conduit, bay door track, overhead fluorescent light fixture and racking system. The cord provided power to a Prime Scales PS-IN202 scale display mounted on a metal storage rack.
