The employer did not provide information on at least the following hazards: Cancer and lung effects. a) 125-133 West 2nd Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060 - Outside lot Employee(s) of Black Dog Construction cleaned up construction debris containing between 70% and 75% chrysotile asbestos. The employer did not establish an Hazard Communication Program to include elements such as a written program, employee training, access to safety data sheets and information and proper hazard labeling. Violation occurred on or about November 5, 2019. b) 202 Park Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060 - Inside bank building Employee(s) of Black Dog Construction cleaned and disposed of materials such as but not limited to asbestos tiling and mastic which contained between 6% and 14% chrysotile asbestos. The employer did not establish an Hazard Communication Program to include elements such as a written program, employee training, access to safety data sheets and information and proper hazard labeling.
