29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: 285 Locust St., Woburn, MA On or about October 16, 2019, employees were exposed to falling hazards while ascending and descending stairways with four or more risers that did not have at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. Building number 7: 1. Three stairways leading to the basement 2. Three stairways leading to the interior from the exterior.
