29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a. At the soil sorting conveyor operations panel, on or about 9/5/2019: An employee was required to reach in to an electrical panel operating at 208 volts in order to reset a breaker. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
