29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in: On or about 7/9/2019, at Burke Brands LLC located at 521 NE 189th Street, Miami, FL 33179, an employee worked with hazardous chemicals while cleaning and sanitizing (i.e. Oasis 115 XP, Mikroklene, Orange Force Degreaser, Scout) without being effectively trained as evidenced by, among other conditions; employee lacked knowledge of the meaning for pictograms; employee lacked knowledge of availability and location of safety data sheets; employee lacked knowledge of location and availability of hazard communication program.
