29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposes an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service: a) Trailer Shop - Bays 1 & 2, 1040 North Brewster Road, Vineland NJ: On or about 05/17/19 company employees were exposed to shock hazards when using two separate pull down shop lights that were powered with cords whose outer coverings were visibly damaged and the wires within one of these pull down shop lights had its copper wires exposed.
