29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: On or about March 29, 2019 at 3207 Clairwood Terrace NE Atlanta GA 30345, employer did not ensure that employees utilizing a A-frame ladder did not carry objects that would cause them to lose there balance when employees carried materials to the second floor of a residential structure exposing them to fall of approximately up to 12 feet to the decking below.
