29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, employees were exposed to hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to the Envirokote 3385 NP, Industrial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser, Cyclo-147F Cyclomethicone Navy Solvent and Cleaner, Denatured Alcohol, AL104U Interpon 100 Gray and 6100 Series Fast Dry Enamel Screen Ink. The secondary containers such as but not limited to the ones located in the compressor room, the maintenance area and the assembly area were not properly labeled.
