29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii): The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment was not consistent with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, and more frequently if determined to be necessary by prior operating experience: a) Loading Rack, 436 Doremus Avenue, Newark, NJ Approximately 250,000 lbs. of pentane is stored for use in Tank T-101, under a 15 psi nitrogen blanket. The employer failed to perform the annual nitrogen tank inspection within the frequency set by the employer. The tank was due for inspection on 9-16-18 but it was not performed until 12-4-18.
