29 CFR 1910.142(f)(2): Temporary labor campsite floors were not impervious to moisture. Floor drains were not provided in all shower baths, shower rooms, or laundry rooms to remove waste water and facilitate cleaning. All junctions of the curbing and the floor were not coved. The walls and partitions of shower rooms were not smooth and impervious to the height of splash: a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Floors of wash facilities were not kept in good repair in that they were softened from moisture where no floor drain was provided and wall junctions were not coved, which occurred on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
