29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a. 580 Port Carteret Drive, Carteret, NJ The employer did not ensure a complete library of Safety Data Sheets was maintained for each chemical in use. Employees use hazardous chemicals including, but were not limited to, acetylene, compressed oxygen, and commercial cleaning products that included, but were not limited to, Sodium Metasilicate, ammonium chloride, alcohol, and ammonia on a daily basis and were not provided access to safety data sheets to understand the hazards associated with the chemicals being used on a daily basis.
