29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Handle Mill: On or about March 6, 2018 the employer had not conducted periodic inspections of the energy control procedures used on site at least annually to ensure that the procedures and the requirements of this standard were being followed for equipment such as, but not limited to, the L-M Pond and Deck Saw and the Hawker Dowel Milling Machine.
