29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about 02 February 2018, throughout the production area flexible cords were used as a substitute for fixed wiring. This exposed employees to burns from arcing and electrical fires. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
