29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area in accordance with the update to the hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) and (h)(3): Employees engaged in machining activities throughout the Main, South and East building areas were exposed to health hazards associated with dermal, ingestion, and inhalation exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not provided effective information and training on the updated requirement in accordance with the revised hazard communication standard. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
