29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vii): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was to be attended while in use (for example, portable tools) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof when the attachment plug cap was removed: On or about 11/7/2017, at the RAW area grinding line, the employer failed to insure that all electrical outlets were protected from the accumulation of water when not in use where the 120V plastic electrical outlet was missing the waterproof cover exposing employees including but not limited to mechanics and sanitation crews using the outlet for equipment including but not limited to power tools, to electrical shock and burn hazards.
