29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. a) Throughout the farm, on or about 10/24/2018: Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to: Ridstone, Mega San+, CIP Detergent, Bac-Drop, and Classic Dynemate, and were not provided information and training as required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2).
