29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The employer did not provide the education required in paragraph (g)(1) of this section upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter: At this grain facility, employees required to fight incipient fires were not retrained at least annually on the proper use of portable fire extinguishers and the hazards associated with incipient stage fire fighting. This exposed employees to fire/burn hazards.
