29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about 7/17/2017 throughout the plant, the employer failed to inspect portable fire extinguishers on a monthly basis since March, 2017 at the last annual inspection. Identified discrepancies included but were not limited to the Monet saw extinguisher was located on the floor, the Web saw extinguisher was set upon a pile of cut wood, on the Toyota model 8FDU30 s/n 11218 powered industrial truck there was an extinguisher identified as last inspected 2010 and was expelled.
