29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a) 820 Petersburg Road, Carlisle, PA - Employees worked with chemicals such as but not limited to REMA Tip Top Universal Mounting Paste (polymers and rust inhibitors), John Deere TY 6350 Multi-Purpose Spray Lubricant (xylene, stoddard solvent) and John Deere Premium Ether Starting Fluid RE556468 (diethyl ether) and the employer did not ensure safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical were available to employees, on or about, July 10, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
