29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a). On or about 7/6/17, on site for employees handling PP Primer Wipe to wipe the sunglasses on a daily basis. The primer contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Xylene. The employer did not implement labeling on the bottle of primer.
