29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) On or about April 12, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide, or provide access to SDS's for chemicals ,including but not limited to Conrad & Bischoff Tool & Parts cleaner, Kendall Limited Slip Axle Grease, Pentosin CHF 11S Hydraulic oil, Sta-Lube Equa-Torque Differential Friction Modifier, Premium A/C Flush, BG 244 Diesel Fuel System Cleaner, and Brody Chemical Concrete Cleaner. Note-Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
