29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(ii): Mechanical power press(es) were not inspected and tested at least weekly to determine the condition of the clutch/brake mechanism, anti-repeat feature and single stroke mechanism: (a) On March 21, 2017, weekly inspections and tests of the brake/clutch mechanisms, anti-repeat and single stroke mechanisms were not conducted and/or documented for mechanical power presses in the facility including a Bliss press (employer ID 182) and a Cleveland 60D-84 press (employer ID 18A1). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
