29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: On or about February 22, 2017, employees were exposed to eye hazards when safety glasses were not required when employees were using routers and staple guns to manufacture pre-hung interior doors. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
