Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Items including, but not limited to, a pedestal fan and a blue drum were stored in front of a Ansul Sentry dry chemical fire extinguisher (M/N: SY-1014, S/N: JH002717).
