29 CFR 1910.334(c)(1): Only qualified persons may perform testing work on electric circuits or equipment. On or about 25 August 2016, and on prior dates, unqualified employees were exposed to inadvertent contact with live electrical components when they were required to remove and replace circuit breakers in a 480volt panel. Employees were exposed to shock hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
