29 CFR 1926.761(b): Fall hazard training. The employer shall train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. a. On the site where employees were connecting, attaching bridging and attaching bracing, the employer did not provide a training program to inform employees of the hazards associated with working at heights up to 59 feet thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
