29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (a) On or about 10/20/2015 at ACME Parts, Inc. employees were exposed to chemical and biological hazards from lead because the employer failed to ensure that safety data sheets were made available. Employees were exposed to chemicals including but not limited to metalworking fluid and brass, both of which contained lead.
